In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament (RGPD), the Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE), we inform you about the processing of your personal data.

In order to provide the necessary services, Pedro Daniel Pérez has the following suppliers, who act as data processors and have their own privacy policies:

  • Web platform: WordPress.org
  • Email marketing: ActiveCampaign
  • Lead acquisition: Elementor
  • Payment gateway: Stripe and PayPal
  • Web analytics: Google Analytics (Google LLC)

All of them have signed the corresponding data processing agreements in accordance with the GDPR.

10. International Data Transfers

Some of the above mentioned providers (such as Google LLC or email marketing services) may involve transfers of data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are carried out under the appropriate safeguards set out in the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, etc.).

11. Modifications to the Privacy Policy

Pedro Daniel Pérez reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence. The changes will be published on this page with an indication of the date of update. The continued use of the website after such changes will imply its acceptance.
